Guide to Replacing the Front Shock Absorbers on the Citroen C4

Start by lifting the front of the car and removing the wheels. Remove the stabiliser bar link and then disconnect the upper ball joint of the bar. Extract the shock absorber base from the hub, taking care not to let the nut fall out. Continue by removing the windscreen frame, wipers, brake fluid reservoir, fabric cover, and the shock absorber mounting bolts. Complete the removal of the shock absorber and replace it with the new one by retracing your steps and carefully following the video instructions to avoid mistakes.
