To replace the timing chain on a Citroën C4, open the bonnet to access the components in the engine bay. On the left side, beneath the plastic cover, you will find the chain. Remove it by loosening the bolts that secure the tensioner and reducing its tension. After removal, insert the new chain and check that everything functions correctly after installation.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
