In this video, you can see how to remove the airbag from the steering wheel of a Citroën C3: the first step when working on a vehicle's airbag is always to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, as there is always a risk of the bag exploding in your face: take precautions.

Once done, turn the steering wheel to see the hole behind it. Insert a small screwdriver into this hole, pressing upwards.

This will trigger the safety spring; now do the same on the other side by turning the wheel fully to the other side. Straighten the wheel and pull the module towards you. Using the small screwdriver, disconnect the electrical connectors and the job is complete.
