In 2007 Citroen C4 Picasso vehicles, you can adjust the air conditioning independently for both the driver and passenger sides. On the passenger side dashboard, there is a small display with the "+" and "-" buttons that the passenger can use to adjust the airflow.

You can also perform this operation from the driver’s side; however, you must first press the "AUTO" button and then set the airflow by pressing the "+" and "-" buttons. From the driver’s side, you can also adjust the airflow for the passenger side.
