How to remove and replace the engine oil filter along with the oil on a Dacia Sandero. Follow this guide to proceed with the replacement: open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the bonnet and secure it with the prop rod. Using a socket spanner, unscrew the large securing bolt of the container cap where the oil filter is located. Remove the worn oil filter, unscrew the drain plug of the oil sump (let the used oil drain into a container) and re-screw it afterwards. Fit a new filter into the container, ensuring it adheres well around the walls. Finally, reattach the filter cap and top up the engine.

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after.
