How to replace the Fiat 500 engine oil

When the red oil light comes on in a Fiat 500 vehicle, it means that it is necessary to replace the engine oil and oil filter; this operation can be carried out independently as it is very simple and quick. The first step is to open the hood and unscrew the oil tank cap. The second step is to lift the vehicle with the jack and open the oil pan. Once the oil has finished draining, we close the pan. The third step is to remove the oil filter located near the tank and engine, to unscrew it you need to use a 14 mm wrench. Once removed, insert the new one and close the cap. Finish the replacement by topping up the oil in the tank. If necessary, also replace the air filter located on the engine, to do this simply remove the cover and insert the new one.
