How to replace the steering wheel in the Abarth 500?

In this tutorial we can see how to replace the steering wheel in the Abarth 500, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, we open the hood, then disconnect the negative terminal of the battery and wait about 15 minutes, in order to avoid the accidental activation of the airbag. We then go inside the cabin, remove the lower cover of the steering column, locate the three holes on the back of the steering wheel and, using a screwdriver, release the fastening clips. At this point we can remove the airbag, remove the buttons, unscrew the central bolt with a 24mm socket wrench and install the replacement.
