How to remove the front seats on an old model Fiat 500? In this video we see how to proceed: first of all we bring the seats forward and bring them up, then, with a socket wrench or screwdriver, unscrew the locking pins placed on the track placed on the car chassis (we use special unlocking devices if the pins do not unscrew). We remove the locking pins at the bottom of the car (we use fixed keys at the top and bottom of the communicating pins). Finally, we assemble the new front seat of the car by carrying out the disassembly operations mentioned above.

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through.
