How to Remove the Engine Cylinder Head from a Fiat Punto

Learn how to remove the engine cylinder head from a Fiat Punto. Start by removing the plastic soundproofing panel on the engine cylinder head and pull out the oil dipstick.

Remove the air intake box and all its components (using a socket spanner). Disconnect all the connectors supplying electricity to the glow plugs using needle-nose pliers.

Remove the various wiring present on the cylinder head (disconnect using pliers). Take out all the spark plugs from the cylinder head and unscrew all the bolts on it using a socket spanner or electric screwdriver, then lift it off along with the gasket.

Refit everything in reverse order.
