Let's see how to change oil and filter on a Panda 169 1.2 petrol. We open the hood and the oil filler cap, then we lift the front of the car to remove the oil sump plug, which we will unscrew with a 12 hexagonal: we will let the old oil drain into a basin, and dispose of it properly at an authorized center. The plug of this model does not have a gasket, because it is conical, but we will still replace it with a new one. Next to it, we have the oil filter, which the youtuber removes with a special wrench; here too we will need the basin, because when removing the filter, we will inevitably also lose some oil. We take the new oil filter and lubricate the gasket with clean oil, then put it back in place. Now we can refill the oil from the filler cap, according to the specifications and quantities indicated by the manufacturer, and the job is done.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
