Replacing the Battery of a Punto

Has the battery finally given up? How to replace it? Let's see how to replace the battery of a Punto: open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the bonnet, disengaging the lock lever with your fingers, and secure it. Once the engine compartment is open: you will find the battery on the right; remove the securing pins of the battery terminals (metal plate), then remove it from the engine compartment and replace it with a new one (same voltage). Close the engine bonnet after maintenance.
