How to Change the Spark Plugs on a Fiat Tipo 1.4 95 HP 16V

The first thing to do when working on the spark plugs of a Fiat Tipo 1.4 16V 95 HP is to work on a cold engine. Then disconnect the battery and remove the airbox. Detach the hoses with the snap clips, unscrew the 10 mm screws, and remove the filter from the rubber mount. At this point, unscrew the 13 mm screw securing the wiring harness and carefully disconnect the four connectors from the coils, unlocking the yellow clips. Remove the coils with a 10 mm socket and extract them. Using a spark plug socket (with extension), unscrew the old spark plugs. Check the gap: it should be 1 mm. Insert the new spark plugs by hand, then tighten them to 26 Nm with a torque wrench. Reassemble the coils, the wiring (pay attention to the clips), and the airbox.
