How to Reset the Service Light on the Fiat 500 Hybrid

Resetting the service light on the Fiat 500 Hybrid requires a diagnostic tool. The EOBD socket is located under the dashboard, to the left of the steering wheel, behind a plastic cover.

Connect the tester and turn on the ignition: the display will show "service overdue". The procedure is interesting: even though it is a recent hybrid model, you can use the profile of a Fiat 500 1.2 8V 69 HP (2005-2006). Select Fiat ? 500 ? 1.2 8V 69 HP. Enter the "Maintenance" menu and choose "Service Reset". Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once the procedure is complete, the instrument cluster display will show "Service 15,000 km". The reset has been successful.

The latest software version is not required: the basic profile works perfectly.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
