How to Replace or Repair the Fuel Pump on a Fiat Panda

Let’s see how to replace or repair the fuel pump on a Fiat Panda. Disconnect the battery cables, then remove the rear seats of the car. You will find the wiring and a metal piece with screws that need to be removed. Use a socket spanner to undo the screws securing the metal cap, and remove it from its seat. Wrap the entire perimeter of the metal sheet with absorbent paper, then use a chisel to undo the large securing pin. If you want to repair the fuel pump: seal any leaks with suitable adhesive as shown in the video. Extract the floating fuel pump if it needs replacing.
