How to remove the front seats of the Fiat 500? Let's see the disassembly of the front seat. We disconnect the power supply terminals, first of all we move the seat back and bring the seat up, then, with a socket wrench, unscrew the tightening screws placed on the front rail. We move the seat forward with the shift handle and remove the locking pins from the rear of the rail. We disconnect the power terminals of the front seat if they are present under it. We assemble the front seat of the car by carrying out the disassembly operations mentioned above. We fit a new seat or the same after repairing it.

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through.
