How to Remove the Cabin Air Filter on a Fiat 500X

Before starting, sit in the front passenger seat of your Fiat 500X. Begin by prying off and slightly moving the cover located next to the glove compartment, then open the glove compartment door. Next, unscrew and remove the screws that secure the glove compartment to the dashboard, and then remove the glove compartment itself. By doing this, you will have access to the cabin air filter. Proceed by moving the retaining bracket, then pry off and remove the cover of the cabin air filter. At this point, you can extract and remove the filter, completing the disassembly. To install the new filter and close everything up, simply follow these instructions in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
