Operation: Disassembly and battery replacement.

The battery is located in the engine compartment. As a first operation, loosen the nut of the negative terminal clamp and remove it away from the battery, then loosen the nut of the positive terminal and extract it from the battery pole away from it. Unscrew the nut located on the right side of the battery by removing the sealing plate on the bottom of the battery. Remove the battery from its housing using the special handles. Install the new battery and secure it properly with the screw and its plate. Clean the battery terminals with sandpaper or a rag. Place the clamp on the positive pole pushing it all the way down and tighten the sealing nut, then carry out the same operation with the negative clamp. Do not dispose of the exhausted battery in the environment but take it to the appropriate collection centers.

How do I replace the Land Rover Evoque auxiliary battery?

In order to replace the auxiliary battery of the Land Rover Evoque, it is necessary to go inside the passenger compartment and remove the panel which is positioned immediately under the glovebox. Once the screws that secure this panel have been loosened, it will be possible to access the components located in its rear part, including the auxiliary battery. The latter must be disconnected from its cables and the fixing screws must be loosened. The battery can then be replaced with a new one and the panel can be fixed again with its screws.
