How to Remove the Front Passenger Airbag from a Fiat 500

Before starting, enter the cabin of your Fiat 500. Begin by removing the radio, unclipping the internal clips and disconnecting the rear electrical connectors. Next, disassemble and remove the instrument cluster, steering column, centre tunnel, and dashboard by unclipping and removing the covers, unclipping the clips, and unscrewing the relevant fixing screws.

This will give you access to the front passenger airbag. Proceed to unscrew the fixing screws.

At this point, unclip and extract the airbag from the dashboard, then disconnect the corresponding electrical connector, and the disassembly will be complete.
