In this brief guide, you will see the main steps to remove and replace the starter motor on the Fiat Ducato x290, as well as on the Peugeot Boxer. First, disconnect the battery terminals; then lift the vehicle and unscrew the fixing bolts of the starter motor using a socket spanner, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the power wiring to completely detach the starter from the engine; once removed, you can replace it with the new one by applying the reverse procedure!
