Guide to Replacing Spark Plugs

Model: Fiat Seicento MK 1 - Years 1998-2010
Part: Spark plugs

Spark plugs are a fundamental component of engines and can be replaced by yourself. Once the engine has cooled for a few hours, you can proceed. Open the bonnet and locate the position of the spark plugs, then unscrew them using a spanner, ensuring you hold it correctly to reach even the most hidden plugs. Check that the new spark plugs are compatible with the sealing nuts. Next, locate the wires that connect to the spark plugs; the number of wires equals the number of plugs, and remove each wire by pulling hard on the caps. Clean the area where the old plugs were and fit the new ones in place of the removed ones using the spanner. Finally, reconnect the wires to the same spark plug they were previously connected to.
