Guide to Repairing the Window Regulator Motor

The following guide shows how to remove the panel and fix the glass. If pressing the button does not open the glass, it has likely come loose from the motor's clip. To remove the panel, unscrew all the screws present. The tools needed for this operation include a knife to remove the protective cover that shields the door from the panel, to detach the adhesive holding it, and a hex key. Once all screws are removed, pull the handle wire and completely detach the panel, then you can also proceed to remove the cover with the knife. The guide shows that the problem was due to a broken plastic clip that needs to be replaced, possibly sourcing the part from an old motor.
