How to Replace the Starter Motor on a Fiat 500?

To replace the starter motor on a Fiat 500, open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: you will need to disconnect the battery by removing the power cables and free it from its housing by unscrewing the securing screws. Once the battery has been removed, disconnect the connector underneath connected to the starter motor; then, accessing from underneath the vehicle, disconnect the additional connectors and unscrew the securing screws to remove the starter motor and replace it with a new one.
