Replacement of Intake Manifold Gasket

Before proceeding with the installation of the new intake manifold gasket, it is essential to clean the surfaces of both the manifold and the cylinder head, removing any residue or deposits: any irregularity in the surfaces could compromise the seal of the gasket, causing performance issues with the engine. The intake manifold gasket must be inserted by aligning the holes with the dowel pins, then apply the manifold itself by tightening the fixing nuts in a cross pattern to ensure perfect adherence of the surfaces to the gasket.
