In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the timing belt on a Fiat Panda with a 1.2 8V engine by following some essential steps: the first thing to do is to purchase a new timing belt from an authorised dealer. Lift the bonnet and secure it with the appropriate prop; then, you need to remove the engine mount as shown in the video. Once freed, rotate the engine clockwise to the right until you reach the marks (as shown in the video). Once the mark is reached, you can loosen the mount and remove the belt from its position. At this point, you can fit the new timing belt by working in reverse.
