Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Fiat Scudo MK 2 - Years 2007-2016
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located in the engine compartment, centrally, just below the windscreen. Open the front bonnet and locate the air duct housing, characterised by a large gasket around the edge. Unscrew the screws securing the upper portion of the duct to remove it and access the cabin air filter housing. Remove the old filter, eliminate any dirt residue, and insert the new filter (activated carbon filters are recommended), orienting it according to the airflow direction indicated by the arrows.

Once the securing bolts are removed: take out the mirror along with the adjustment electrical cables (manual wires) from the car door. To reassemble: refit the mirror with the bolts, the adjustment cables, and the plastic trim into the door panel. Finally, test the correct operation of the mirror.
