In this video, we see how to perform a forced regeneration of the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) on a Fiat Doblò. When it reaches about half temperature, we rev the engine, then turn it off and immediately turn it back on. We press both the accelerator and brake pedals at the same time. A warning light will start flashing, and at this point, we start the engine. It will run at high RPM for about fifteen minutes, then return to idle on its own. We don't need to do anything in the meantime, the flashing light will stop on its own once the regeneration is complete. After that, we need to turn off and on the engine four times, so that all the warning lights can turn off.
