To prevent dirt and dust circulating in the ventilation system of the Fiat Ducato, a special filter is fitted to the external air intake to trap them: it is advisable to replace it every fifteen thousand miles to ensure efficiency. To do this, open the engine compartment, and using a Torx screwdriver, unscrew the eight screws that secure the grille under the windscreen on the passenger side.

Unscrew the two screws that secure the filter housing, remove it, and take out the old filter element. Insert the housing back into its place, secure it with its screws, reposition the grille, and fix it.
