How to replace the glow plugs on a Fiat Bravo MultiJet

In this video we can see how to change the glow plugs on a Fiat Bravo 2 MultiJet (but the procedure is the same for Alfa Romeo 147/156; Lancia Lybra and Delta and Fiat Stilo and Doblo). In the footage we see that the glow plug is irreversibly burned, so we will have to replace it with a new one: We can find a kit of 4 glow plugs on eBay with code 302962076848, priced at 40.99 euros, plus delivery costs of 5 euros. Replacing them is not very easy, as they are located in a rather difficult access point; we shouldn't tighten them too much, just tighten them a little. We put the cap of the glow plug back in place and then we can reassemble the EGR valve, with a 13mm wrench, maybe after cleaning it a bit, since the one in the video was in really terrible conditions.
