To replace the starter motor of a Ford Fiesta, start by disconnecting the battery to avoid short circuits. Lift the vehicle with a jack and secure it with axle stands.

Locate the starter motor, which is usually found near the gearbox. Disconnect the power cables connected to it and remove the screws that secure it to the engine block.

Extracting the starter motor requires some manoeuvring due to the tight position. Once removed, position the new starter motor and tighten the bolts securely.

Reconnect the electrical cables, lower the vehicle, and reconnect the battery. Start the engine to ensure everything works correctly.
