In this tutorial, you will learn how to replace the starter motor in a Ford Fiesta. This is a simple operation but requires good manual skills. First, open the bonnet. Then, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to work safely. Next, lift the front of the vehicle, go underneath, and locate the starter motor, which is near the oil filter. At this point, disconnect both the indicated connector and the power terminals of the starter motor. Use a 13 mm spanner to remove the three mounting bolts and separate it from the support. To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
