In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the battery in the Ford Escape, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, then open the hood and remove the windshield wiper arms using a 15mm socket wrench. Next, remove the plastic cover in front of the windshield, loosen the nuts on both terminals and disconnect them starting with the negative terminal. At this point, all that's left to do is to unscrew the nuts on the mounting bracket, remove the battery from the housing, and install the replacement following the reverse procedure.
