In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the battery in the Ford Escape, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not in the ignition.

Then, open the hood and remove the wiper arms using a 15mm socket wrench. Next, remove the plastic cover located in front of the windshield, loosen the nuts on both terminals, and disconnect them starting with the negative terminal.

At this point, simply unscrew the nuts of the mounting bracket, remove the battery from the housing, and install the replacement by following the reverse procedure.
