How to reset the oil change on the S Max

In this article, we will see how to reset the oil change indicator on the 2016 Ford S Max. It is recommended to perform the procedure only after changing the oil, and this procedure requires little time to be carried out. To perform this procedure, first start the ignition without starting the engine, then press the ok button to confirm the various options and access the menu. Once you have access to the dashboard, press the left arrow button to access the menu, then press the down arrow button to navigate the menu until you find the settings option, select it by pressing ok, then select the vehicle option and press ok. Now scroll until you find the oil life option and select it, at this point press and hold the ok button to reset it, and wait for the indicator to show oil life 100%. Now the reset will be complete and you can restart the instrument panel to verify that the procedure was successful.
