Let’s discover the procedure for changing the engine oil and oil filter while performing routine maintenance on the Ford S-Max with a TDCI engine. First, lift the vehicle and start by removing the lower plastic panel by unscrewing the screws; then, unscrew the oil drain bolt, allowing the oil to drain into a container for about ten minutes, as shown in the video. At this point, remove and replace the oil filter cartridge, accessing it from the engine bay; then pour in the new engine oil!
