Where is the temperature sensor located in the Ford Mondeo and how can it be replaced?

The temperature sensor of the cooling liquid of the Ford Mondeo is located inside the engine compartment, specifically between the radiator and the water tank. In case of malfunction, it is necessary to replace it. To perform the replacement, we must open the engine compartment and disconnect it from its connector and the nuts that secure it using a socket wrench. After removing the nuts, we can remove the connector and insert the new sensor. Connect the connector and tighten it with the nuts previously removed. Start the engine, after pouring some liquid into the tank to make sure it works.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
