In this guide, we will see the main instructions on how to disassemble and replace the engine cooling radiator of the Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCi. First, open the car's bonnet and start by removing the upper plastic engine cover, taking out all the clips. Next, disconnect the coolant pipe, allowing the fluid to drain into a container, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the turbocharger hose by unscrewing the screws of the fan and radiator; disconnect the electrical connector to remove the radiator, separating it from the fan to replace it with the new one.
