Removing the Turbocharger from the Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI

In this tutorial video, you will see how to remove the turbocharger assembly from the third series Ford Mondeo, 2007 model, following the instructions below. First, open the bonnet and start by removing the upper intake duct; disconnect the exhaust manifold, removing the EGR valve. Next, undo the oil passage bolt that lubricates the turbo; remove the hex bolts of the turbocharger to take it out, as shown in the video. Now you can replace the turbo and reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
