How to disassemble the instrument panel on a Ford C-Max

Model: Ford C Max MK 2 - Years 2010-2019
Part: Instrument cluster

We remove the plastic frame located above the steering wheel by pulling it towards us. We unscrew the two torx screws under the instrument panel and, with an Italian screwdriver, we pry the instrument panel to remove it from its housing. We remove the wiring by first lifting the black locking tab and then separating the black back part of the instrument panel with the help of the screwdriver. We disconnect the display clamp by gently pulling it out and replace it with a new one (reconnecting the clamp as before). We reassemble the back part and, after reconnecting the cable harness, we reposition the instrument panel and screw back the two torx screws.
