How to change the battery of a Ford Transit Connect

In this video we can see how to change the battery of a Ford Transit Connect: first, we need to open the front hood by moving the Ford emblem and turning the key. Inside the compartment, we find the battery, protected by a metal bar that we will need to remove, then we will disconnect the negative terminal first and then the positive terminal of the battery. We will carefully lift the battery and remove it from its housing; if necessary, we will also change the tray that holds the battery, if it is too damaged. We reconnect the negative terminal, then the positive one and finally we put back the safety bar. We can close the hood; operation completed.
