The steps to replace the battery of the remote control for Ford Fiesta, Ford Focus, Ford Mondeo, Ford Kigali/C-Max vehicles can be done independently in a few minutes using a flathead screwdriver. The first step is to insert the screwdriver along the bottom side to detach the key from the remote control. The second step is to insert the screwdriver along the top side to open the remote control and replace the battery. The third step is to remove the battery cover and replace it with a CR2032 battery. The fourth step is to close the top of the remote control and insert the bottom part.
