Here’s how to remove the speaker from a Ford C Max after removing the door panel. Before starting the disassembly, disconnect the battery terminals located in the boot. Begin disassembly: use a lever to remove the plastic above the handle, then use a screwdriver to unscrew the fastening screws located in the plastic handle and in the area of the door opening lever. Once all screws are removed, use the lever to detach the window switch panel and all plastic clips securing the door. Pull the door panel away by hand, disconnect any power connectors and release cables. Unscrew the screws or rivets (with a drill) securing the speaker embedded in the door; remove it and disconnect the power connector.
