How to replace the rearview mirror of the Ford Fiesta 6

Today we will explain how to replace the external rearview mirror on a Ford Fiesta mk6 model car by yourself. We open the car door and remove the screw cap; using plastic removal tools, we remove the door handle by lifting the outer part. We unscrew the screws of the door handle using a Torx T25 key. We remove the handle cover and unscrew the screw on the back, using a Torx T20 key. Using a plastic finishing tool, we remove the panel reflector from the door and unscrew the panel fastening devices with a 10mm socket wrench. We remove the panel, being careful not to damage the plastic clips, disconnect the power window switch connector. We continue to remove the mirror, disconnecting the connector and unscrewing the screws with a 13mm key. We remove the outer part of the mirror by disconnecting the wiring. We then install the new rearview mirror and after connecting the wiring, we screw in the screw with a 13mm key. We connect the external rearview mirror connector and after installing the units, we connect the window switch connector to the panel and proceed with its assembly. After positioning the panel, we screw in the central screws, inserting the handle immediately after and then insert the locking device and complete the panel assembly.
