Let's see how to replace the original grille of the Ford Transit with the much more aggressive one of the Ford Raptor: first of all, we need to get the grille, which we can find for example on mimotore.com with the code Grille-476-B-Kit at the price of 119.88 euros + delivery costs (not specified): we open the door and pull the release lever, remove the yellow safety plug, use the support rod to keep the hood open. The grille is fixed with perimeter clips: a key trick is to apply hot water around the edges, which makes the clips softer and easier to remove. We start from a corner and gradually loosen it. Proceed carefully all around the perimeter making sure that all connections remain intact. Apply a little silicone grease on the clips, and start with the lower ones. Make sure the clips are securely attached all around the perimeter. It is better to do the job in mild temperatures, preferably in summer. The water should be hot, not boiling.
