How to turn off the service light on a Ford Ka.

The procedure described in the video only resets the mileage counter that reminds you of the service; the warning light will turn back on after the number of kilometers preset by the manufacturer, so it does not clear any fault codes in the control unit. Let's turn on the instrument panel and navigate through the menu using the button located on the turn signal lever. Press this button repeatedly to scroll through the various options that appear on the display until the indication of the kilometers traveled since the last service appears. When we see this information, press and hold this same button for a few seconds. A message saying "reset in progress" will appear on the screen; keep holding it until we see the count reset to "0." Once completed, turn off the ignition. The procedure is finished.
