How to remove the fuel pump from a Ford Fiesta? First, disconnect the battery cables and lift the car on a column lift. Use a socket spanner to undo the securing bolts of the tank; remove the circulation and supply hoses. Disassemble the tank and bring it down; unscrew the clamp of the fuel pump, disconnect the power terminals and the circulation hoses (if not previously disconnected). Extract the fuel pump assembly from its housing. Finally, refit a new fuel pump and assemble the tank and all components.
