How to Diagnose a TPMS Issue on a Ford Fiesta MK 7.5
Model: Ford Fiesta
MK 7, MK VII, Fiesta 7
- Years 2017-2023
This is a complete guide to diagnosing a TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) issue on a Ford Fiesta MK 7.5. If the warning light is on but the tyre pressures are correct, the issue is likely a faulty TPMS sensor or a dead battery. Prepare the vehicle for 'sensor programming' mode. With the engine off, press and release the brake pedal; turn the ignition on and then off. Repeat this sequence two more times, and finally leave the ignition on: press and release the brake pedal again. Turn the ignition off and on one last time; the vehicle will emit a beep and the TPMS light on the dashboard will flash for a few seconds. The vehicle is now in relearn mode and awaits signals from each sensor, starting with the front left tyre. Now you need a programming tool, bring it close to the tyre valve (where the sensor is located) and if it is functioning, the vehicle will beep. Repeat this for the front right, rear right, and rear left. If any sensor does not respond, that sensor is faulty or dead. Replacement can only be done by a tyre specialist as it requires special equipment.

Installation of Upgraded Intercooler Radiator with Pipes
Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge. Remove the inner cover of the bumper and position it near the radiator to identify any interfering parts to eliminate: again, apply a gasket to the edge of the cut. Create brackets for securing the new radiator and proceed with the installation of the connecting pipes from the radiator to the intake, shaping and connecting them appropriately. Finally, reassemble the bumper, headlights, and grille. by ScegliAuto More videos
