How to Change the Cabin Air Filter on a Ford Ecosport

To replace the cabin air filter on a Ford Ecosport, open the passenger door and empty the glove compartment. Press the sides of the drawer inward to unclip the stop tabs and lower it completely. Behind the glove compartment, locate the pollen filter housing cover and remove it by unclipping the relevant tabs. Extract the old filter by sliding it outwards and note the installation direction indicated by the arrows printed on the component. Clean the inside of the housing to remove accumulated dust and debris. Insert the new filter, ensuring it follows the airflow direction, close the cover, and reposition the glove compartment in its original place. Finally, check that all clips are securely fastened and that the ventilation system operates correctly.
