To clear the Service light on the Ford Transit Connect, press the accelerator and brake pedals simultaneously while turning the key to switch on the ignition. Wait for about 20 seconds before releasing the pedals and turning off the ignition.

Now, you need to turn it back on, navigating the menu that appears on the display using the directional arrows on the right side of the steering wheel. By selecting the "Maintenance" option, you can check the oil life, confirming that it has returned to maximum and that the reset has been completed.
