How to Change the Coil of a Ford Ka

Model: Ford Ka MK 1 - Years 1996-2008

Here’s how to remove the engine coil of a Ford Ka. Open the car door, pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, and lift the front bonnet, securing it. Remove the soundproofing panel of the engine (if present), then disconnect the power connector and extract the coil from the engine compartment. Insert the new coil into its designated housing (connect the power connector). Finally, reinstall the soundproofing panel and close the front bonnet. Test the car's proper functioning.
