Operation: Replacement of the electric fuel pump

Empty the fuel tank. Raise the car onto the deck and begin to disconnect the various fuel hoses and electrical cables from the tank positioned under a pan to collect the fuel that flows out. Using a ratchet wrench provided with an extension, remove the two bolts of the metal band that supports the tank. Once the tank has been freed from its stops, remove it and place it on a work surface. Before removing the pump, carefully clean the surrounding surface. Turn the ring nut on the head of the pump by ¼ of a turn and now it is possible to extract the pump from the tank, allowing the fuel to flow into the contents. Replace the pump with a new one following the assembly instructions contained in the package. Before reassembling the pump, carefully clean the tank inlet. Refit the tank, reconnect the hoses and the pump connector.

Below them you will find the clutch cable, which will have to be adjusted by screwing or loosening the bolt placed at the end of the cable. This will make the pedal harder or softer; after the adjustment, it will be possible to assemble all the components by closing the hood.
