Evaporator Core Replacement

Model: Ford Mondeo / Fusion MK 1 - Years 1993-2000

This video shows images related to the process of replacing the evaporator core of a Ford Mondeo. First, remove the radio block, dashboard, entire centre console, glove compartment, and steering wheel. Next, disconnect all electrical connections. Extract the evaporator from its housing by detaching the upstream ducts. After extraction, remove the grille located near the windscreen. Take a new evaporator and insert it into its housing, connecting the two pipes with the help of pliers, as illustrated in the images.
